I accidently joined a CEO meeting, and this is what I discovered..

I was in a meeting with CEO's of large companies - all male, and some of them expressed that, being torn away from the comradeship, banter, functioning and routine of the workplace was a real challenge for them.

‘Flexible Working isn’t an option.’ That’s what my employer confirmed during my maternity. I had to choose, my career or my daughter? I chose my daughter, and paid the price.
